Gaza Bumi Barakah

Alhamdulillah, sekembalinya misi bantuan kemanusiaan Aqsa Syarif ke Gaza pada Ramadhan 1433 / Julai 2012, Pemberita Urusan Malaysia Siti Ainiza Kamsari yang bersama di dalam misi tersebut sempat meninjau projek ternakan ikan di Gaza dan berikut adalah laporan beliau:-

Maklumat Projek Ikan:

Staf Full time: 5

Area of the project: 4000m2

Sistem of farming: Sea water from underground with simple filteration system.

Technology: Germany & Israel

Number of ponds: 8

Volum of each pond/water: 180 cu.m.

Type of fish: a. Denish (sparus aurata) b. Bolti (Talapia)

Number of young fish/pond: 10,000/pond

Period of 1 season: 6 month – 11 month.

Weight of fish at the time of harvest: 500g.

Selling price: USD 6 - USD12 / kg .

Profit distributed to poor family: 

Numbers of families as recipient: 500 family @3kg/season; 

Total distributed: USD9,000 to 18,000
