17th Nov 2012, 12.00 mid-night, Gaza. In an ongoing Israeli military escalation on Gaza Strip for four
days consecutively, raise victim’s toll of Palestinians to 40, including 6
children, two women, two elderly, and injuring 385 citizens.
For four days consecutively, Israeli occupation forces are still escalated
up its military operations in Gaza Strip with a high pace since the evening of
Wednesday, 11/14/2012. The occupation forces have carried out during the
previous 24 hours a series of air raids on the whole of Gaza Strip, caused a
significant damage in plant, property and civilian and government objects.
These raids were severity and barbarism, and targeted civilian and government buildings
are located in densely populated areas, contrary to what the occupation forces promoted
of that it not harm civilians and civilian objects, which led to more casualties
among Palestinian civilians as well as rockets fall on inhabited houses and
destroying totally. 
The result of these attacks until the moment of publication of
this statement is martyrdom of 40 citizens, including 6 children, two women,
two elderly, and wounding nearly 385 citizens were injured among of them children
and women. Israeli occupation forces have been step up their attacks with
increasing pace on the Gaza Strip in a military campaign called (Column of Cloud)
for four days in a row. The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression
through intensive air, naval raids and ground artillery included all areas of
the Gaza Strip, and was stationed in the northern Gaza Strip.
The most prominent violations and crimes of aggression as follows:
Northern Gaza strip: In the morning,
the air forces of occupation bombed with three missiles the house of “Suleiman
Abdul Hamid Salah” Jabaliya, consisting of 3 floors, which has completely
destroyed on its occupants and injuring 30 civilians where 12 of wounded were residents
in this target house, where they were pulled under the rubble, and terrible
destruction of tens of neighboring houses.
Gaza City: Israeli air
forces launched dozens of raids on Gaza City and its suburbs, targeted
government buildings, civilian property and scattered targets located mostly in
densely populated areas. The most prominent of those targets, headquarter of
the Council of Ministers, completely destroyed, and terrible destruction of
tens of neighboring houses. Police headquarters in the center of Gaza City completely
destroyed and damaging nearby buildings. Civil Administration building of the
Ministry of Interior, which led to devastation of nearby schools of government,
schools of UNRWA, and damaging in nearby Al-Quds hospital. Palestine Stadium in
the center of Gaza City, causing extensive damage in it and in the surrounding
buildings.
As we renew our condemnation of these crimes and have a look concerned
gravely for it and it continuity, and accordingly we:
1.
We call on the international community
to intervene immediate action to stop the crimes and attacks of occupation to restoration
the rule of law and protection of human rights, and to prevent inflict further
harm to civilians and civilian objects.
2.
Call upon the signatories of the
Fourth Geneva Convention to meeting in order to take measures to ensure the
protection of civilians in light of the continued escalation, and to prosecute
and try those accused of committing crimes against humanity who have grave
breaches of the Geneva Conventions.
3.
Warn of worsening humanitarian
conditions in the Gaza Strip in light of the continued military escalation of
the Israeli occupation forces, and threatened to expand those operations and
the accompanying procedures affecting all walks of life.
4.
Finally, remind the international
community of aggression on the Gaza Strip in late of 2008, where civilians bear
the brunt of deficit of the international community.

- In Zeitoun Neighborhood in east of Gaza city - Destroyed totally
the house of Al-Hadad family with 2 rockets, injured 7 civilians among of them
pregnant woman.
- Israeli Defense Minister "Ehud Barak" declared before
moments that there are a 85 target was destroyed in the Gaza Strip… imagine how
many nearby building of these targeted and how many victims…
